Fullstack Web Programming
Participants learn the techniques and technologies required to develop modern web applications. They will be trained in frontend and backend development, database management, and the use of React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.

This immersion teaches cloud computing and DevOps, enhancing collaboration between developers and IT operations. Students learn to manage cloud services and use DevOps for efficient software development and deployment.

In this specialization, participants gain in-depth knowledge in software testing and QA, learning both manual and automated testing techniques, familiar testing tools and methods, and best practices in testing and QA.

ABOUT US
Voluntary Work
Founded in 2017 by computer scientists with an immigrant background, IT Club Oberland evolved into HiCoders in 2020, a non-profit organisation based in Zurich that aims to promote fair digitalisation.
HiCoders offers online IT courses such as Web Engineering and Java (Learnbees), as well as „IT for Everybody“ as an introductory course in different cities. Its more than 30 instructors and mentors, who come from the Swiss IT market and have extensive experience in software development, volunteer to make IT education accessible to everyone, regardless of financial status. HiCoders promotes success through support and community, and advocates for equal opportunities in the Swiss labour market, especially for migrants and refugees, by providing education that facilitates entry into IT careers.
